Wildwoods Restaurant Showcase Vendor Registration

The Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce will host the 23rd Annual Wildwoods’ Restaurant Showcase on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 from 5:00 – 8:30 PM at the Blue Water Grille at the Bolero Resort. GWCOC's Restaurant and Food Specialty members are invited to ‘showcase’ your business here. Proceeds from this event, as well as an auction of merchandise from local merchants, will go toward the Chamber’s Foundation, which awards scholarships to graduating seniors living in the Wildwoods who currently attend Wildwood Catholic Academy, Wildwood High School or Cape May County Technical High School. Because of businesses like yours participating in this event, we were able to give $10,000.00 in scholarships to local students each year for the past 22 years.
We anticipate the same number of total tickets being sold as we have in past years – approximately 300. We will provide an audience of local people eager to know more about your restaurant and to refer their family, friends and guests to you. We’ll also promote your participation in the Wildwoods Restaurant Showcase through our advertising, news releases and Chamber newsletter. The local community will certainly know that you care about helping our local students.
To participate, all you need to do is register and:
• Provide enough samples of one or more of your specialty dishes to give about 300 people a taste – please keep in mind this is a tasting event, not a dinner
• Be present at the event to represent your business and serve attendees (Each business may have up to four individuals staff the table and each will be provided with a vendor pass to denote vendor status; in the unusual circumstance that you need to bring additional staff, then you are responsible to pay the admission fee of $30 pp for any staff over the initial four in attendance.)
• Bring your own napkins, paper plates and utensils, as needed; The Bolero will allow you use of its ovens for warming your chafing dishes
• Bring copies of your menu or brochure to distribute to attendees
GWCOC is in the process of preparing the marketing and advertising materials and would like to include the names of ALL restaurants that are participating.
